Difference Between BT and HSK Tool Holders

  DIN 5482   BT and HSK Tool holders are used for high precision tool holders, and both have their qualities. HSK Tool holders are symmetrical and used for high precision tooling, and BT Tools are also used for high precision and high-speed tools. In the BT Tool holder, due to radial growth, the holder is pulled deeper into the taper, which leads to a loss inaccuracy. In HSK Tool holder’s retention system is unable to pull the taper, which makes them more accurate?
